Shipping

We usually process and ship your orders within 24 hours after the order has been placed. Please note that we can only ship orders on weekdays from Monday to Friday.

Currently we ship within the European Union, UK, USA, Canada and China.We work only with trusted carrier such as DPD, DHL, UPS. For logistical reasons and in order to offer you a better shipping price, we can send your order not directly from our workshop in Italy, but from our partner’s warehouse in Slovenia.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. While we do maximum efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments due to the fault of the delivery service.

Shipping сost depends on the destination and is calculated at checkout. 

SHIPPING RATES

Slovenia (partners warehouse) – free. (2 days)

Other EU countries – 15$ (3-5 days).

USA & Canada, China – 35$ (5-10 days)
